What can I not bring on TOUR?

Outgoing Presents TOUR has a zero tolerance policy against any: - Drugs - Initiations - Discriminatory Behaviour - Violence Anyone found in breach of these policies will be removed from the event entirely.
What staff will be on TOUR?

There will be a large team of staff while your on TOUR, to bring you the best experience possible while looking after your welfare. The team is made up of the below: - Head of Welfare - Event Manager - Medical Team - Physio - Security - Translators - Event Reps

How do I sign my team up to TOUR 2025?

You are able to sign up your team up by clicking the below button. We will be in touch as soon as we can!
What are the payment deadlines?

Your deposit must be paid by 29th November, with the full balance being paid off by 31st January 2025.
How much is the deposit for TOUR?

You can secure your place on TOUR by paying a £75 deposit.
What is the difference between a deposit, and a damage deposit?

A Deposit will reserve your place on TOUR and is part of the main payment, coming off the total price of your package. A Damage Deposit is separate to your package. This covers you and your team for any damages you may be liable for while using the transport and being on TOUR. Your Damage Deposit is refunded back to you after your trip, minus any damage you may have caused. The majority of TOUR goers' usually have their Damage Deposits refunded back in full.
Can I add extras to my booking?

Absolutely! TOUR will let you add on many extras before you begin. These could be anything from travel insurance, to the boat party, through to a day trip in Barcelona!
